Every over year, the gas industry meets at the Gas Conference - an event not to be missed, enabling the relevant industry players to join in debates, meetings and exchanges on major sector issues. Thus, the aim of the Conference is to contribute to the debate on pressing topics between decision-makers and a large number of attendees.

Two things are to be noted for this year’s event: the Gas Conference will be held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, and it will be over two days in order to meet the requirements of Conference attendees.
There will be an intense rich and varied programme:
5 round-table discussions, 11 workshops, and 8 major speakers will mark the two days of the event.
The topic for 14 September will be the place of natural gas in a changing international context, marked by environmental issues and the demand for energy. This will provide the opportunity to hear international institutions and major European groups report on their analyses, plus contributions from public decision-makers and consumers.

Every item is interesting, the agenda for 15 September will address major European issues and the integration of decentralised production into the energy systems of tomorrow. The day will also include by a number of workshops, also providing the opportunity for discussion and debate.

As in previous years, Expogaz exhibition will run in parallel with the Conference. It will take place over three days, from Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 September. This professional gas exhibition will take full advantage of the space available at the Palais des Congrès, offering 150 exhibitors over an area of 6,000 m2.
