Fill them without forgetting to mention the workshops in which you take part and without which the registration could not be taken into account.

Cancellation
Any cancellation to the Conference registration must be notified to Nouveau Monde DDB PR by letter or by fax (+33 (0) 4 72 07 44 99), or by email congresdugaz2011@nmddb-event.com. The registration fees paid can be returned only if the cancellation is received before August 26st 2011 and after deduction of expenses already incurred (a lump sum of 60 euros VAT included). Refunding will be made after the Conference.
